The personal data that concern you, supplied by you when filling out the form for REPORTING THE THEFT OF A SADDLE, will be processed by our company in compliance with the laws in force and the confidentiality obligations we have always adhered to, as per the following information notice.

The owner of the treatment is the company Selleria Equipe Spa, with registered office in Valdagno (VI), via Gasdotto n. 16, who may be contacted at any time, for any need or request related to the processing of your data, by writing to the e-mail address gdpr@selleriaequipe.it.

 

The data we process, for what purposes and the legal basis of the processing

By filling in the form for reporting the theft of a saddle, we will collect and process your personal data in order to manage the request for publication of the data of a saddle in the “Stolen Saddles” section and to manage all fulfilments related to the services offered to users through the aforementioned section.

In the cases mentioned above, the processing is legitimate insofar as it is based on fulfilments necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject’s request (referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR).With your consent (which constitutes a condition of lawful processing), we will also process your e-mail address in order to send you our newsletter.

Possible recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The personal data referred to above will be processed by the Data Controller by means of persons authorized to process it (that is, persons within their organization), as well as by third parties, as managers, who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, always connected to the processing and previous purposes.

The dissemination of your personal data is not expected, as the service provides for the publication on the website of the identification data of the saddles subject to theft.

Data retention period

In accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, your data will be kept only for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed, and, therefore, until the “Stolen Saddles” service is active or, in any case, until deemed necessary by management.

The data necessary for sending our newsletter or will be stored and processed until the service is active or should you decide to withdraw your consent to receive it.

Consent to the processing for the sending of newsletters is optional, and failing to do so will result in being unable to receive our newsletter, but you will still be able to send the request for activation of the guarantee and complete the relevant procedure.
